Garsewednack was last inspected on 29/8/2025.  Since then, we have taken further steps to strengthen our care and support, including:

    

  • Staff training initiatives - to ensure consistent, high quality care.

  • Policy or procedure updates - to improve safety and compliance.

  • Investment in facilities/equipment - to enhance residents’ comfort and wellbeing.

  • Regular monitoring and audits - to track progress and maintain standards.

  • Support plans – moving all support plans to a new, more person centred format.
